“Just trying hard enough not to lose”
Former Employee – worked at Wirestone
Pros – Ability to work on fortune 500 clients
For the most part the people there are great to work with and hang out with.
Cons – Management. From corporate to each individual office. Chicago management is only looking out for themselves and how they can make a buck.
Advice to Senior Management – Start rewarding your employees for their hard work. Otherwise, we go to companies that value, appreciate it and recognize it.
