“Hard Work, Good Benefits”
I have been working at Wirtz Beverage Illinois
Pros – Great reputation, super benefits, potential to make good money. Company very invested in training and promoting from within.
Lots of opportunities to enjoy products we sell. Company likes to reward employees w/events and activities.
Cons – Days can be long and exhausting. Goals can be difficult to hit at times. Dealing w/customers can be difficult. Changes in priorities can be quick and unexpected.
Advice to Senior Management – Be a bit more realistic in setting monthly goals - not all products sell the same. Schedule more trainings with longer sessions.
