I have been working at Wise Men Consultants

Pros

held up great through the tough economic times, tightened its belt but did not layoff employees or go under like many similiar companies

Cons

have seen an increase in the layers of management over the years, but guess that is price you pay when you grow larger.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

keep the lines of communication open with all the employees, it makes them feel special, had that relationship when the company was smaller.
