Pros

The only plus side to the company is a relatively competitive benefits package and decent salary. They are also somewhat flexible with working from home; however that depends heavily on the group you work in.

Cons

-- very poor leadership with outdated management style
-- very low moral in the company
 -- no opportunity for advancement
-- declining revenue in many part of the business, but very little concern about it from management
-- most "technical" roles are staffed by people with outdated skills
 -- very disorganized structure

Advice to Management

I would probably say the most valuable piece of advice would be to get a better understanding of why customers are leaving and to also modernize the company with new staff and maybe training for existing staff to get up to date.

    Pros

Start with 4 weeks of PTO off.

    Cons

The people that work there are not very smart. Many of the people you work with are hired off the street without any education. They give you 4 weeks of PTO but they block half the year so that you can't use it during the holidays. The pay is what you would make waiting tables.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more competent people.
