    I worked at Wolters Kluwer

    Pros

They are a well-established company in the tax and accounting industry. They are a very large company, being part of WK. Trips for training are always nice, hotel, food, etc. People at the company are great.

    Cons

You have to work from home and sell. In 2008, they lost alot of brand recognition as the roll out of their platform was a bust. You spend more time prospecting than you do actually on sales calls. Your manager is not even present, maybe only one phone call per day. Its a very independent role, suited for a highly motivated, self starter who doesn't mind working at home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Figure out how to better train your newer staff and possibly bring some comradery to the table by having offices or more involvement with sales teams.
