Current Employee – been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Company is stable and provides fairly good benefits to employees when they start

Cons – Like most large corporate companies, you are lost in the shuffle and pay advancement or career opportunities has more to do with politics and who you know versus job performance and results; the HR group is woefully understaffed and unable to handle basic employee engagement activities without severe workload on other departmental staff

Advice to Senior Management – Massive restructuring has led to too many upper management/directors and not enough staff to do the actual workload which leads to poor morale on an already overburdened staff
