Pros

Great products and great employees. Unbelievable loss of customer base.

Cons

Constant change for the sake of change. No real plan, just reaction.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try talking to customers instead of marketing.

    Pros

    Steady paycheck, decent benefits, gym in building,

    Cons

    Going through big cuts due to poor product releases, terrible customer support and low sales. Chopping jobs right and left. Good people gone. Low morale, lots of scared people at every level. Dysfunctional company with worse and worse product releases and cuts to customer service and training that guarantee unhappy customers.

    I worked at Wolters Kluwer full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Co-workers, benefits, location, PTO time, work environment

    Cons

    - Very negative business environment; - Little or no opportunities for advancement;
    - Eliminated yearly raises to only top performers - everyone else gets no raises at all
    - No opportunities for training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take a look at the effectiveness of the management that's in place. There must be a reason that so many people are leaving the company.
