Not so mature layer of management to execute, particularly with bringing in new talent
Hiring is totally been outsourced, people who have no clue
Contractors pally to senior management decide the fate of hires

I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good products and good effort to make changes to products that need attention.
Decent work balance to personal life.

    Cons

New regime in the US from outside the industry and are very clickish with a select few, do not get in the field to learn product, process or understand customer needs or current personnel. Very opaque management style.
Hiring new sales management from outside company and industry that have zero knowledge or transferable skills to offer sales teams.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO
