Failed Department

Account Sales Representative (Current Employee)

ProsThe company was a good place for someone to make a career in sales. The pay seemed above average and employees tried to help each other.

ConsThe management didn't make it easy for sales team to do their job. More time was spent reporting than actually selling or servicing clients. The specific sitebuilder was facing stiff competition from other industry leaders as well as newcomers to the industry that could offer lower prices with more modern products. Product development was slow and poorly directed.
