I worked at Wolters Kluwer as a contractor (less than a year)

Pros

Never knew what was really going on. would hear keeping some people and then getting rid of everyone

I worked at Wolters Kluwer full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

If you're lucky enough to have a good lead, and are willing to turn a blind eye to how others are treated, this can be a reasonably decent job.

    Cons

Your raise will be impacted by other departments you have no control over (or possible know exist). Raises are based on how well your manager can champion you vs some other manager's employees. A 3% raise for a 30,000 a year employee will break the budget. Wages and people are the first things cut when the company has a budget crunch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Realize your employees are valuable.

I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Your first year working with C T Corporation you receive 20 days off with four flex days. However, you will need every day working for someone that expects everyone to work overtime but not willing to pay for the overtime.

    Cons

The work is very stressful and the pay doesn't justify working at C T Corporation. Thanksgiving and Christmas time you are expected to work and the company doesn't care if you have a family.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to pay more than they currently pay by about $20,000 more.
