I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

4 weeks of PTO to start - unfortunately that's it.

    Cons

Employees and customers are not happy and biz is sliding backwards. Management lacks professional experiences and capability to lead the organization and bring meaningful change. Current culture is killing the company.

I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

CPA needs are changing and so is CCH sales under new leadership. Best kick off meeting since I have been at CCH. We finally have a leader who cares about his people and a greater cause. Keep going!

    Cons

Too much change, too fast could potentially be unsustainable. A lot of change is necessary here but does not necessarily need to happen in one year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay the course of the change. The DSM's/FSR's you have may not be capable of making the necessary change. The simplicity of your "vital 3 strategy" is resonating but will take a lot of time and disruptive change.
