Terrible company

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Riverwoods, IL

ProsIf you are a contractor, then I guess work-life balance. Once you hit the 40 hours a week, you are done. Management will be too cheap to ask you to work overtime.

ConsExtremely unorganized and horrible communication between teams and departments. There is an obvious divide between older employees and younger employees. All the younger employees are open with each other about how bad it is to work there, and are seeking new opportunities. They also have the highest ratio of contractors to full time employees I've ever seen. Top management doesn't care about anything but money.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
