I have been working at Wolters Kluwer US
Pros – The only plus side to the company is a relatively competitive benefits package and decent salary. They are also somewhat flexible with working from home; however that depends heavily on the group you work in.
Cons – -- very poor leadership with outdated management style
-- very low moral in the company
-- no opportunity for advancement
-- declining revenue in many part of the business, but very little concern about it from management
-- most "technical" roles are staffed by people with outdated skills
-- very disorganized structure
Advice to Senior Management – I would probably say the most valuable piece of advice would be to get a better understanding of why customers are leaving and to also modernize the company with new staff and maybe training for existing staff to get up to date.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
