Pros

You are surrounded by very knowledgable people in a friendly, open collegial atmosphere.

Cons

Advancement to the higher ranks is very unlikely unless you are Scottish. This is true especially in the Americas.

    Pros

Given lots of responsibilities and salary was competitive. People are always willing to share and help each other.

    Cons

WGPSN are the first company to cut back or stop payrises if the market gets quiet or they lose work, always a knee-jerk reaction. They lose most graduates to competitors or to going contract.
