Pros

You are surrounded by very knowledgable people in a friendly, open collegial atmosphere.

Cons

Advancement to the higher ranks is very unlikely unless you are Scottish. This is true especially in the Americas.

Advice to Management

Beware the nepotism and cronyism

    Pros

Good company overall. Core values are very thorough and focus on good company culture. Now investing in employee development. Ambitious to continue to grow. Bright future.

    Cons

Disregard for Supply Chain Management as key business contributor. Culture is very much pro engineering. No apparent interest to develop a more professional SCM structure or organisation.

    Advice to Management

Invest in SCM! Remove from reporting to Commercial as this route is strangling any opportunity to become more visible and respected.
