    Pros

Woodside allows their employees a fair amount of independence in the management of their prospective communities. Management exhibits an easy going demeanor.

    Cons

Management fails to explore all aspects when there is any conflict, whether interpersonal or with issues that arise within the department.

    Advice to Management

    Provide leadership rather than management.

  2. Fast Paced, goal oriented but fair with employees

    Pros

Good corporate culture, nice people to work with, positive atmosphere, decent insurance plans available, good experience overall. Helped me get the experience to get a higher paying job else where.

    Cons

Low ability to advance in the company. Don't plan on getting raises. High turnover rates.

    Advice to Management

Experienced employees are worth more than newbies and foster stability. Pay market value of employees so you don't have such high turnover rates. Other companies are paying more for the same job.
