- Sometimes politically nasty
- Lack of accountability of co-workers and management.
- Trainings are poorly executed and sometimes lack a purpose

Advice to Senior Management

Be more empathetic and accountable to your employees. Though entry level staff make mistakes, do not generalise their fault as one to be commited by all entry level staff.
