I have been working at WorkWell Systems
Pros – I could dress casual; interact with others with my job
Cons – unprofessional, inflexible, badley run, owner cheap, dirty place
Advice to Senior Management – This is not really a business; it is more of a hobby. The techs are all interns. One "real" tech doesn't even seem to know much about anything. Everybody else are paid as ICs, no perks, but work just like employees. Nothing independent about managers-editors working here. strange, wierd place.
