WorkflowOne is not an employee-friendly company,

Senior Account Manager (Former Employee)
Edina, MN

ProsThe office space is adequate.

ConsWage freeze for over 7 years. No 401k match any longer. Do not promote from within. Feel that anyone, regardless of training or ability, can do anyone else job on a moments notice. Poor corporate leadership. Lack of management and leadership at regional level. Not employee friendly or motivational.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to appreciate the good employess of the company and reward, ALL levels, not just sales reps and management, with incentives and bonuses. Need to give raises based on what the employee actually does and not on the failures or success of a sales rep brining in sales. Unfair to the non-outside or inside sales employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

The past year has been a little rough, but it seems to be getting better.

I have been working at WorkflowOne

Pros: There are plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set. They are… Cons: Due to the recent financial situation of the company, raises have been few and far between.
