I worked at World Duty Free Group part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

pay increases happened at enough increments within my 7 months to be over $2 raise. But environment is so bad it's not worth it.

    Cons

work environment, sneaky and disrespectful supervisors who do not lead by example but try and find what you're doing wrong.
HR and management do not care about you. Company only cares about making profits and money. You'll hear all about it at the trainings and meetings.
