I worked at World Wildlife Fund as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly co-workers
    Beautiful and comfortable work environment
    Generous work hours
    Freebies!

What was unusual with WWF was that I always enjoyed going to work every morning. It never felt hard or intimidating. I knew that I was going to meet great people and enjoy my day.

    Cons

    A lot of "pointless" work
Encouragement that never really led anywhere

My impression is that a lot of time is easily wasted and the communication between the different departments are not so great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give the creative people in this organization more freedom to do the brilliant work they are capable of. Loosen the shackles.
