I have worked for many fortune 500 companies before - and I can tell you that Worldlink is the only company that truly cares about it's employees

    Pros

    - Opportunities for career advancement and/or transition, depending on skills and interest
    - Ability to be self-motivated / work without micro-management
    - Team-oriented: can ask for & will receive assistance from team members when needed
    - Exposure to working with local and global clients to find all levels of talent
    - Hard work and Accomplishments are recognized
    - Great work/life balance
    - Although the company is experiencing such fast growth, the workplace still maintains a personable and family-oriented environment

    - Formal training could be better implemented and utilized to improve efficiency
    - Some growing pains: may be required to perform duties outside of core job functions
    - In order to manage the company growth, we need to streamline all department processes
