I have been working at WorldStrides full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Wear jeans to work, good vacation time, they give good flexiblity, some fun travel is involved, some people can work from home a little

Cons

Push Push Push, sell sell sell, the investors want a big return on their dollar, not all clients are treated equally

    Casual work environment
    Getting to know some great people

    Cons

    Long hours
    Selling a product that is over priced to cover high turnover

    Give more than 1 season to build relationships with teachers -
    Consider that hiring and firing as often as you do is bad for business - you let very valuable people go.
    Look at your business model, look at yourself - it may not be a good fit.

    I worked at WorldStrides full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    mid management is good and hours are flexible during not peak season. f Company understands work/life balance.

    Cons

    for the hours you work in season and the job responsibilty, this position is severely underpaid. In addition, medical benefits are horrible with big costs.
