Current Employee – been working at WorldVision
Pros – Opportunity to serve the poor, to make a difference in the world & to work with like-minded faith based co-workers.
Cons – Poorly run call center, more focus on statistics than on the cause. Dysfunctional management, disregard for individual employees. Very Rigid.
Advice to Senior Management – Review call center practices, consider replacing existing DCS management, invest in or improve employee satisfaction for DCS agents. Be fair!
