I worked at WorldWide Photography as a contractor (less than an year)

Pros

Working with Santa, community exposure, new skills learned, instant hiring process (for me anyway), promotions are possible, and worked in a holiday environment.

Cons

Understaffed, under paid for the amount of hours I worked, worked in a mall, employees were mostly uneducated on how to run the camera, and repeated requests for new hires were denied.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your employees how to run the camera, listen to your management staff, and gather facts before making any kind of accusation.

    Very family oriented, and loving supportive team of supervisors. Great work environment.

    Cons

    Very long hours, little to no boundaries available between personal/work life.
    High turnover for employees you have to hire.

    I worked at WorldWide Photography as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Love the Holiday Environment and most of all friends and relationships I have created with this company.

    Cons

    The Pay, the hours, and communication is not good. And they are not always professional. They lie, and don't have good work ethics. They over work their Employees and don't show appreciation to the employees that have been their for over 5 years plus. Some of the Regional Managers need to learn about Customer Service. And the upper management needs to change the company image. This company is a company, that employees need to watch out for. Other Photo Companies like Noerr Programs, Cherry Hill Photography, would be a better company to work for then Worldwide Photography.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay your Staff More per hour, if you want to get better managers then, start increasing the salary to Matching the Industry. And start creating a positive environment for the company. And learn more about customer service.
