I have been working at Worldlynx full-time
Pros – Working hours - reasonable and consistent.
Locations - in big cities and near major roads
Working environment - comfortable
Dress code - laid back.
Cell phone service - mostly paid for.
Customers - easy to work with.
Managers - some are excellent
Colleagues - easy to work with and friendly
Training - company pays for education related to job
Cons – No annual performance reviews or raises for most employees (2011, 2012). This destroyed morale for employees who perform(ed) well. Morale is at an all time low.
Salaries and wages are below industry/field averages.
Most employees who leave the company do so because of low salary/wages and/or sour politics.
Benefits, incentives, and bonuses are weak or non existent for most employees.
Management overall has higher than average turnover rate (often less than 5 years in positions).
Some members of management are unqualified for their positions, know very little about day-to-day operations, and are not involved with their employees.
Company parties are low-budget and fraught with politics and tension--very few people are excited to attend.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
