    Pros

They'll hire anyone for entry level lab experience. You stay busy. Great second job and good scientific/clinical experience. I highly recommend for college students. You make your own schedule.

    Cons

Low pay. Large company means disorganization. You'll find yourself many times doing the work of 4 people at times. Tedious and repetitive. Applied for coordinator position given my bachelors degree and was offered an interview for lab tech near minimum wage. Most unprofessional group of coworkers I've experienced.

    Advice to Management

Hire those qualified for certain positions and not to fill in gaps. More organization in this industry is vital.

  2. No job satisfaction due to management by fear and poor communication.

I worked at Worldwide Clinical Trials (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's better than being unemployed and that´s about it. The salary is OK, but no one outside the US and UK receive pensions or försäringar. Subsistence allowances is not allowed and mileage barely covers the cost of petrol.

    Cons

It was respectless and non empathetic treatment of employees. The company uses its workers and after having driven them to exhaustion syndrome they get fired. and replaced. You are forced to deliver unfinished and the poor quality of your work. You get ashamed of the company in many respects.

    Advice to Management

Start treating staff well to get loyalty and job satisfaction back. Train all staff in good communication and stop threatening with dismissal.
