good entry level oportunity

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Tewksbury, MA

Pros2 weeks paid training.
good to gain customer service experience
 you work 40 hours a week so pay is good

Consno direct hire anymore, only temp agencies, a lot of pressure if you dont get the training on the first 2 weeks. Favoritism, if they dont like you, you are gone. They yell at you when you make a mistake, no tolerance. Low pay, 9-11 hour, no raises. they dont appreciate good employees, at the end of the day they treat you like one more from the lot

Advice to Senior Managementthey are ok, but again, if they dont like you, it can be hell.
