    Pros

    It is a large international company and encourages staff to move
    Interesting and large projects
    Large (potential) support network

    Cons

    A lot of uncertainty
    A lack of engagement/support by management
    A lack of interest in developing the human capital within the company

    Consider seriously the career and personal development of employees; focus on building teams of good people rather than hiring and firing as required.

    I have been working at WorleyParsons

    Pros

    Advance quickly if so inclined. If you want more responsibility you can get it. A good place for engineers but support staff functions offer fewer opportunities.

    Cons

    Human resources is inept and incompetent. Many staff are drones just filling time and space. Not a lot of enthusiasm due to constant criticism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Tie salary to accomplishments and not algorithyms. All the carols initiatives appear random and disjointed and thus little to know buy in by the rank and file.
