Current Employee – been working at WorleyParsons full-time for more than a year

Pros – Collegiate, collaborative work environment with clear thinkers and people who get things done. At last have senior management ask for an opinion and how I would go about changing things, then give the tools and support to do it. It's not all beer and skittles and for those who call challenges "opportunities" you will find plenty of headroom to develop and grow your career.

Cons – It's a big business where it's easy to fall into the trap of thinking things should be laid out on a silver platter, like it is in other large corporates where smart people are able to progress without having to think. People who expect to solely let someone else drive their career development may find their manager is busy winning projects for them to work on.

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate your vision.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
