Tight deadlines are made difficult to achieve due to staff turnover and changing requirements from clients which are entertained without resistance or questioning

    Worley parsons offer great opportunity to expand employee career and time being is still expanding. good company and give same opportunity to all

    the salary is not so good, the salary increment some time depend on global worley parson condition although the local office has good or health in term of project

    There are no good words or thoughts that come to mind right now.

    Cons

    None, other than satisfying to them. With obvious clarity that the process was not fairly and properly thought through, no definite feedback or resolution has been passed since it started on 1 November 2012!

    What positive action can come from Retrenchments? Throughout the year glamorously painted emails are being sent forth of good profits, smaller companies are being bought over in SA for an astronomical amount of money, but when it comes to having an option to save 173 staffmembers, company organograms and structure is pinned up to bring highlight to the Global aspect of things saying: sorry, you are actually a different company called WorleyParsons RSA...
