Former Employee - Geomatics Lead in Calgary, AB (Canada)

I worked at WorleyParsons full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to learn a lot and do lots of different things. Even though it is a big company you get a small company feel based on your business unit.

    Cons

Lots of office politics are involved and lots of people who work there because they are related to someone there. Many people not qualified to do there roles but they get there roles because of time served there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More on emphasis on keep the good people there and rewarding the talent that is there and fire some of the people who do not deserve to be there and are only there because of who they know.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
