I worked at WorleyParsons full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

-Large company with plenty of projects
    -Good pay

    Cons

-Not as 'together' as other large EPCM firms - I didn't feel the culture was tight-knit as in some other companies I've worked in
-Benefits package in Canada is pay-based, unless you want a bare bones policy
-As an administrative staff, I didn't feel appreciated or acknowledged vs technical staff
-Very limited training opportunities, unless you are a higher up or part of technical staffing group

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer training opportunities to lower level staff to help them move up. I've never had problems being recognized/promoted until I worked at WorleyParsons. It was definitely one of my reasons to move on.
