Pros – Great benefits
Friendly atmosphere
Management is understanding a flexible to accomodate unforeseen circumstances
Open opportunities to take on all projects that need help
Cons – Takes awhile to earn a promotion
Sometimes lack of communication between engineers
Office is relatively outdated and feels small at times
Advice to Senior Management – Give staff engineers more responsibility. Often times it's hard to reach managers because of their busy schedules, and we can help unload the burden.
