Pros

Great schedule, 3 day work week makes for good work/life balance.

Cons

Poorly managed and disorganized, instructors carry too much of the administrative load without hours or pay for course planning and administrative duties. Only lip service is paid to student and employee satisfaction.

    Pros

It's important and rewarding to help make a difference in the student's lives. The management and staff members are a great team and do care about the outcome of the student's success levels.

    Cons

It is difficult to work the hours and shifts as an Adjunct Instructor. The company loses many great employees with nonrecognition of the skills these employees have or what benefits to the company the employees could offer should promotions be given. Many employees are promoted but do not qualify for the position when other employees are qualified but are not as close friends with hiring managers as the employees who are hired in the positions.

    Advice to Management

Promote employees who are qualified for the position rather than someone who has background in friendship from working years together with on the job.
