Cons – Not a clear strategic plan - seems to change constantly
Need to diversify business model - out dated
Multiple processing platforms that are not always easily compatible
Reorganizations seem to happen too often - more planning needed to lessen impacts
Downstream communication is not always present
Advice to Senior Management – Improve coomnication plan
