Great Place to Work

Graduate Assistant (Current Employee) Dayton, OH

ProsThe hours are flexible and can accommodate my changing needs week to week. Also, the work environment allows for maximum productivity.

ConsThere is a great deal of bureaucracy, as with any organization of this size, and permission for one thing or another can take ages.

Advice to Senior ManagementGenerally speaking, they are doing a great job. I appreciate the open environment in which I feel that my opinions are valued.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
