I worked at Wrigley full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Great employees, work/life balance, great pay, great benefits, great location.

Cons

Management decides your career path. No longer located on Michigan Ave. Open work environment is horrible.

Advice to Management

Be selective on who gets promoted to manager. Check your egos....arrogance will never earn you respect.
