I have been working at Wrigley

Pros

Excellent work/life balance. Wrigley's Work from Home program allows employees to choose one day per week to work remotely. Also, Wrigley has a generous education assistance program for attaining an advanced degree.

Cons

Certainly not as techonologically advanced or progressive as a Google or Microsoft but it's expected from a consumer packaged goods company. Still struggling to become less conservative in this shorts and t-shirt era.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

As the company continues to grow, I believe, it's important to keep the "family" feel of the organization. That "family" feeling is the soul of Wrigley.

I worked at Wrigley full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good Peers and they would willing to provide any information to new bees

    Cons

Aggressive Culture especially when comes to traditional channel; very bad work life balance. Working till 9pm is ordinary and working on some weekends too. Managers will make you feel bad if you don't work overtime..
