Perfect place if you're into teamwork

Art Director (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsGreat leaders. Harmonious work environment. Peer guidance. Everyone is a mentor. You can ask questions anytime you want. The entire company works together, no one works under or above someone. Client interaction is great. Even juniors get plenty of chance to present their work, break barriers and try out different revolutionary designs. You are rewarded for your performance at every opportunity.

ConsCompensation could be a bit better.
