everything, management only cares about a few. They hire many people every month just to fill slots

I have been working at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Lots of opportunities from 15 hotel brands, good pay scales, good personnel.

    Cons

Company is quick to change operating direction with little or no input allowed from field employees. Upper management did not use the experience of their field employees to improve site results on an ongoing basis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make hotel QUALITY, both physical as well as service, a much bigger day to day focus. Accept only quality from existing as well as prospective owners and locations.
