Wyndham Vacation Ownership is a great company because it values it's employees and encourages them to excel in their careers.

    Cons

Wyndham Vacation Ownership is a great company and as such, people tend to stay with the company for long periods of time which creates fewer job opportunities without growth.

I have been working at Wyndham Vacation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They try to treat their employees well, good atmosphere, fun perks, and supportive managers and supervisors.

    Cons

Not great benefits, Not great pay, harder to get a promotion then originally thought, do not compensate well, and things take way longer to get put into place then what they state

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you create a more fair pay scale. If someone has more education, they should receive higher compensation. Try to promote people who have a lot of potential...or you will lose them.
