Potential to make decent money.

Cons

Management lies to you about the clients you see. High pressure sales to people that initially can't afford the product.

Be truthful with your sales reps.

    I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Some wonderful people
    Very much a 9am - 5pm job

    Cons

    In-fighting among Senior Leaders
    Ineffective managers - most do not care to develop or train those who report into them
    Salaries are below corporate jobs at other large hotel groups
    Many individuals who have been at the company for awhile are coasting by and get away with doing very little actual work

    Review your senior leaders and start holding them accountable

    Benefits and a chance to meet allot of people coming through the ever spinning door.

    Cons

    Marketing and sales should be working together. Instead its a giant mess.

    Change the model its broken, then maybe decent people will work for you.
