Money is there if you're willing to grab it.

Terrible management system. Little to no culture.

Advice to Management

A college degree should be required for marketing managers and directors.

    great benefits, not being micro-managed, meeting new faces, and lots of spiffs

    Cons

    driving, parking, and sometimes working in harsh weather location

    Advice to Management

    be supportive, provide correct informations, and having atleast 3 days notice for upcoming week's schedule

    Good salary, good title and great benefits!

    Cons

    Meetings, meetings, meetings...no time in between meetings to eat, sleep, live or enact anything you talked about in the meetings!

    Advice to Management

    Give it rest and allow your employees time to live. It would make Wyndham a better place to live and grow.
