Pros

Great resort Good location, its a timeshare so you have to deal with all the sleazy sales reps who work there.

Cons

Management does not listen to needs and advice of employees. Sales staff are sleazy and think they are the most important thing there

Get new management

    Pros

    Quick to hire, decent benefits, decent salary.

    Cons

    Management changes constantly, limited parking, inexperiences supervisors, high stress environment, bonus structure is impossible, favoritism, too many to list.

    Hire competent supervisors, treat all employees with fairness and respect.
