I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Benefits start the first day of the next month you start. They don't pay full medical/dental....employee has a large co fee to pay. Otherwise, not many other pro's.
Due to management changing all the time, it's help me keep my job because they froze the goal requirements while waiting for new management.

    Cons

Run by corp. so management is always changing. I have had 4 different managers within 2 years. New managers bring in new rules that do not work well because they have not been with the site before and do not know what makes things run smoothly. Another new manager makes the same mistakes the last one made, etc... all hurting the employees. Moral low. Very high turn over of marketers. By the time new manager figures things out they are moved to another site. They pay sick leave but penalize employee greatly if they call in sick, making it so you do not hit your minimum weekly goal. Don't make your goal, you get written up. 4th write up, fired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep a manager at a site at least a couple years to build a great team. Since this job is so draining on an individual, allow 4 day work weeks if employee wishes for it, instead of making work 5 days, 5 hours days.
