    Pros

World-wide brand recognition. They are striving to become a more green company.

    Cons

No clear SOP's, slow decision-making from management, unrealistic work/life balance, understaffed offices. They look good on paper, but often due to being understaffed, they under deliver. They need better management on all levels.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

make decisions based on feedback from employees in the field before you lose valuable talent

I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Discounts at hotels/resorts, Starbucks at corporate office, good paid off policy

    Cons

Worked here for many years. The last several years there has been a steady decrease in respect and appreciation for employees and the franchisees they are supposed to support. The company has had record years, but that is rewarded with mediocre raises. There is no investment in technology, so systems and hardware are outdated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is more to a successful business then numbers and the bottom line. There is an extreme disconnect between the PR statements and town hall meetings and the reality of the day to day.
