I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time for more than a year

Pros

1) Great Culture, especially in the Corporate Office in Parsippany, NJ. Very easy to find other opportunities within the company
2) Scope for growth if you're in the right department.
3)Great bonus and other perks like Onsite gym, Summer fridays.

Cons

1) HR is very slow and at times a road block in your development
2) Very disorganized way of working
3) Extreme risk averse culture resulting in delays that contribute to loss in productivity

Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is a very good company with a desire to be in line with top companies. A lot of effort has been put into changing the culture and that seems to be working but they need to focus on improving the talent at all levels. There are people with great ideas and excellent work ethic but find they're stuck because they've not been with the company for long enough or because they're supervisor is not that actively involved in their career development.

I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Wyndham is a great company to work for. They treat their employees with respect. The sales compensation allows you to determine your income.

    Cons

The only con would be because this is a sales oriented position, due to possible cancels you really never know the exact amount of your paycheck.
