Great company to work for with a great benefit package. 23 days of paid time off each year, and good people to work for.

I worked at Wyndham Worldwide as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great work life balance as they offer flexible hours and it is only a 35 hour work week. Plus, some jobs can be performed at home some days.

    Cons

Most of the technical jobs go offshore.

    Advice to Management

Bring back the jobs to the US

  2. Commissions! You have to sell to be successful.

I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Unlimited potential earnings. Your commission on sales can greatly increase if you have a great month because of bonuses.

    Cons

It can be a hard sell and the people you're selling to initially don't want to buy. If you are not one of the top selling reps you will have a dramatically lower number of people that you will be able to sell to, aka less opportunities to make a sale.

    Advice to Management

"in-units" should not be tied to your VPG but should be counted as bonus
