I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Excellent PTO policy after you've been there for over five years. Majority of the lower level employees are friendly and great people.

Cons

Many members of upper management looked at some employees as grunts and only cared about working with those that could help them with their next promotion.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your lower level employees and customers.
