I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

In comparison to working with Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Wyndham Worldwide truly is an office with unbeatable amenities. There is a gym that supplies towels, shampoo and conditioner, a cafeteria, game room, meditation room, nursing room,a nurse that works on site Monday- Friday. There are vendors that often set up by the cafeteria that allows you to do a little shopping on you lunch break. Also, a mini convenience store that sells your basic bread, milk, eggs and Boars Head cold cuts, candy and much more. Did I mention, tuition reimbursement and a great health benefits.

Cons

I have not encounter any cons.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been luckily to have great management and I believe the "one on one" talks really help.

I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Strong brands, resources and global footprint. Good onboarding and beautiful offices.

    Cons

Commuter campus, everyone rushes out at 5pm to drive an hour home through New Jersey; really tough commute from New York City. Political hierarchy was always something to keep in mind and attempt to navigate through; really severe business data issues make creating next gen strategies tough in most divisions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give less experienced people more conduits to connect with leadership and develop ideas for improving the company. Try to peel back bureaucratic layers.
